O secret\u00e1rio de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico da Bahia (SDE), \u00c2ngelo Almeida, deixar\u00e1 o cargo para concorrer \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o como deputado estadual ap\u00f3s pouco mais de tr\u00eas anos \u00e0 frente da pasta. Em balan\u00e7o da gest\u00e3o, apresentado em entrevista ao Bahia Econ\u00f4mica<\/strong>, o gestor destacou a atra\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 237,1 bilh\u00f5es em investimentos no estado entre 2023 e mar\u00e7o de 2026.<\/p>\n

No per\u00edodo, foram assinados 629 protocolos de inten\u00e7\u00f5es, com potencial para gera\u00e7\u00e3o de 57 mil empregos diretos e 133,5 mil indiretos. \u201cA assinatura do protocolo marca o in\u00edcio desse processo. A partir da\u00ed, as empresas disp\u00f5em de at\u00e9 dois anos para apresentar seus projetos\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n

Segundo Almeida, 388 projetos j\u00e1 foram aprovados, somando R$ 35,4 bilh\u00f5es em investimentos e previs\u00e3o de 23,8 mil empregos. Outros 127 empreendimentos j\u00e1 entraram em opera\u00e7\u00e3o ou foram ampliados, com R$ 16,4 bilh\u00f5es aplicados. \u201cA diferen\u00e7a entre o n\u00famero de protocolos assinados e os projetos aprovados n\u00e3o representa reprova\u00e7\u00e3o, mas o fluxo natural de matura\u00e7\u00e3o dos investimentos\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n

A SDE tamb\u00e9m acompanha 1.032 empreendimentos incentivados, sendo que 25% foram implantados ou ampliados nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos, com aporte de R$ 38 bilh\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 313 projetos em fase de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o ou moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o, que somam R$ 206,8 bilh\u00f5es em investimentos previstos. \u201cSeguimos com um conjunto expressivo de projetos em andamento, consolidando um ciclo cont\u00ednuo de crescimento\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

Entre os principais destaques da gest\u00e3o est\u00e1 o avan\u00e7o no setor de energias renov\u00e1veis, que concentra 87,5% dos grandes projetos em andamento. Um dos exemplos \u00e9 o investimento da Acelen em biocombust\u00edveis, com foco na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel sustent\u00e1vel de avia\u00e7\u00e3o (SAF) e diesel renov\u00e1vel. Outro projeto relevante \u00e9 o da Inpasa, com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma biorrefinaria de etanol no oeste baiano.<\/p>\n

Na infraestrutura energ\u00e9tica, mais de R$ 6,5 bilh\u00f5es est\u00e3o sendo aplicados na expans\u00e3o de linhas de transmiss\u00e3o, incluindo projetos da ISA Energia Brasil, que atua em cerca de 20 munic\u00edpios. J\u00e1 no turismo, o complexo Costa do Sau\u00edpe passa por amplia\u00e7\u00e3o com investimento de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para o secretario, apesar dos avan\u00e7os, a economia baiana ainda mant\u00e9m forte depend\u00eancia de commodities como soja, petr\u00f3leo e celulose. \u201cO que se observa \u00e9 uma trajet\u00f3ria clara de diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o, com maior integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre cadeias produtivas e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de valor no estado\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n

De acordo com Almeida, durante a gest\u00e3o, seis setores concentraram mais de R$ 1,6 bilh\u00e3o em investimentos incentivados, s\u00e3o eles: bebidas, inform\u00e1tica e eletroeletr\u00f4nicos, alimentos, eletricidade e g\u00e1s, minerais n\u00e3o met\u00e1licos e o setor qu\u00edmico e petroqu\u00edmico.<\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m destacou medidas para fortalecer o ambiente de neg\u00f3cios, como acordos com a Neoenergia Coelba e a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o das Ind\u00fastrias do Estado da Bahia (FIEB), al\u00e9m da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o para gest\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis p\u00fablicos destinados a empreendimentos.<\/p>\n

Ao avaliar o per\u00edodo \u00e0 frente da pasta, ele enfatizou o impacto social das a\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cDesenvolver a Bahia nunca foi apenas uma quest\u00e3o de n\u00fameros. Sempre foi sobre gente\u201d, declarou. Com a sa\u00edda do secret\u00e1rio, projetos estruturantes permanecem em andamento e devem ter continuidade, mantendo a expectativa de novos aportes e expans\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica. Segundo Almeida, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 risco de desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o na atra\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos, j\u00e1 que os processos est\u00e3o institucionalizados e seguem um fluxo t\u00e9cnico consolidado.<\/p>\n
