A proposta foi apresentada pelo deputado estadual Euclides Fernandes (PT) nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (15).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o texto, os empacotadores dever\u00e3o estar presentes durante todo o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento das lojas, incluindo fins de semana e feriados. Eles tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o se dedicar exclusivamente ao acondicionamento das compras dos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>A quantidade de profissionais dever\u00e1 ser proporcional ao n\u00famero de caixas em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, com o objetivo de garantir mais agilidade e conforto aos consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Caso a norma seja aprovada, mercados que descumprirem a exig\u00eancia poder\u00e3o ser advertidos, multados ou at\u00e9 ter o alvar\u00e1 de funcionamento suspenso, em casos de reincid\u00eancia.
