Um dos trabalhadores estava na empresa h\u00e1 mais de 30 anos sem carteira assinada, al\u00e9m de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho insalubres, aus\u00eancia de EPIs necess\u00e1rios e falta de prote\u00e7\u00e3o adequada no acesso \u00e0 c\u00e2mara fria, onde se armazenava alimentos perec\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>Por conta das irregularidades, a empresa, que n\u00e3o teve nome divulgado, foi notificada pelo MPT para regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.
