De acordo com o MP-BA, a a\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada por ind\u00edcios de sobrepre\u00e7o. Para chegar a essa conclus\u00e3o, o MP-BA levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o que o valor m\u00e9dio de uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Eduardo Costa \u00e9 de R$ 264.571,43.
