Segundo o \u00cdndice FipeZap divulgado nesta quinta-feira (17), o valor de loca\u00e7\u00e3o subiu 0,03%.<\/p>\n<p>Com o leve aumento, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o ficou abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o registrada pelo IPCA, de 0,89%, e pelo IGP-M, de 3,28%. De acordo com o FipeZap, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o de novembro refletiu o equil\u00edbrio das altas e baixas entre as cidades monitoradas.<\/p>\n<p>Em Goi\u00e2nia (GO), por exemplo, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio subiu 1,17%, enquanto em Belo Horizonte (MG) a queda foi de 0,90%. Rio de Janeiro (RJ) registrou alta de 0,07%, contra baixa de 0,16% em S\u00e3o Paulo (SP).<\/p>\n<p>Considerando o acumulado dos \u00faltimos 12 meses, a alta foi de 2,32% &#8211; ainda abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o medida pelo IPCA (4,31%) e pelo IGP-M (24,52%). Pela varia\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice ficar abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, houve uma queda real do pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do aluguel residencial em novembro, ficando em R$ 30,35\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as 11 capitais monitoradas, S\u00e3o Paulo permaneceu com o maior valor (R$ 40,10\/m\u00b2), seguida de Bras\u00edlia (R$ 32,36\/m\u00b2), Recife (R$ 31,13\/m\u00b2) e Rio de Janeiro (R$ 30,48\/m\u00b2). O menor pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio ficou em Fortaleza, R$ 17,26\/m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<p>Nas demais cidades, Barueri e Santos (SP) s\u00e3o os destaques com os valores mais altos, de R$ 37,30\/m\u00b2 e R$ 34,18\/m\u00b2, respectivamente. O menor est\u00e1 em Pelotas (RS), com R$ 14,87\/m\u00b2.
