Paulo Carneiro, da chapa &#8220;Vit\u00f3ria Gigante, Unido e Forte&#8221;, foi eleito para comandar o clube rubro-negro no pr\u00f3ximo tri\u00eanio. Carneiro desbancou outros quatro candidatos e foi eleito com 67,86% dos votos. Tamb\u00e9m foi eleito Luiz Henrique o vice-presidente do clube. Em segundo lugar, Raimundo Viana teve 31% dos votos. Essa ser\u00e1 a segunda passagem de Paulo Carneiro na presid\u00eancia do Vit\u00f3ria. Como dirigente esportivo, ele j\u00e1 passou por Athletico-PR, Volta Redonda, Fluminense-BA e pelo maior rival do rubro-negro, o Bahia, em 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A elei\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m consagrou F\u00e1bio Mota como novo presidente do Conselho Deliberativo do Vit\u00f3ria, enquanto Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Menezes ficar\u00e1 com o cargo de vice-presidente. Para o Conselho Fiscal, Jailson Reis foi eleito presidente do colegiado, juntamente com C\u00e9sar Braga para o cargo de vice-presidente. Durante a campanha, o novo presidente do Vit\u00f3ria causou pol\u00eamica e foi acusado de machismo por afirmar que o Barrad\u00e3o &#8220;\u00e9 lugar de futebol masculino&#8221;.&#8221;Podem se preparar as meninas para arranjar onde treinar, l\u00e1 n\u00e3o vai acontecer.
