Em dezembro de 2024, o grupo anunciou a decis\u00e3o de vender todas as 47 lojas Nacional e 17 unidades BomPre\u00e7o, marcas herdadas da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo BIG, conclu\u00edda por 7,5 bilh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o Carrefour informou que manteria supermercados considerados rent\u00e1veis e localizados em regi\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas, sob a bandeira Carrefour Bairro. S\u00e3o justamente essas unidades que agora ser\u00e3o vendidas ao Grupo Pereira.<\/p>\n<p>Com a transa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Carrefour refor\u00e7a a estrat\u00e9gia de concentrar investimentos em Atacad\u00e3o, hipermercados Carrefour e Sam\u2019s Club. No segmento de proximidade, o grupo seguir\u00e1 operando com a bandeira Carrefour Express.<\/p>\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio ainda depende do cumprimento de condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no acordo e da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica, o Cade.
