A Secretaria da Saúde do Estado da Bahia (Sesab) informa que registrou nesta sexta-feira (3), o quinto óbito pelo novo coronavírus (Covid-19) no estado. A paciente era uma mulher de 41 anos, hipertensa, asmática e obesa. Ela estava internada em um hospital público em Salvador desde 24 de março.

A Bahia já registrou 267 casos confirmados do novo coronavírus, o que representa 4,1% do total de casos notificados. Até o momento, 1763 casos foram descartados. Ao todo, 43 pessoas estão curadas e 33 encontram-se internadas. Os dados são registros de janeiro até as 17 horas desta quinta-feira (2).
